The 1st Elected USTTAA Executive Board 2 year term will begin <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

October 15th, 2023<\/strong> & Ends after the close of the new incoming board meeting in 2026 for a smooth transition to finish up old business & discuss future projects together between the new board and the old board<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All interested candidates must send in their letter of intent in by.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ocotber 15th, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voting for the new board starts <\/p>\n\n\n\n

November 15th, 2023 & ends December 30th, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

First board meeting will be Janaury 14th, 2024<\/strong> at 7pm EST<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

USTTAA members vote in their personal back office in their Pong Universe Table Tennis Social Media app.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Executive Board Position<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 – President<\/strong> – Candidate must be an active USTTAA member (Voted in by USTTAA members) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 – Vice President<\/strong> – Candidate must be an active USTTAA member (Voted in by USTTAA members)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 – Treasurer<\/strong> – Candidate must be an active USTTAA member (Voted in by USTTAA members)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 – Regional Directors (Regional Director\/Committee Chair) <\/strong>– <\/strong><\/strong>Candidate must be an active USTTAA member (All the regional director may vote on XYZ policies, and the majority rule will be the vote for that seat; for example, if we have 4 vote yes & 3 vote no, it’s a vote yes on XYZ policy. If there’s 1 abstain vote 3 vs 3 tie vote, the regional director committee chair vote will count as a second vote. All regional directors don’t have to be present or even vote it’s simply majority of yes or no votes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 – Club Director (Club Director\/Committee Chair): <\/strong>Committee chair is selected by all certified USTTAA Clubs (All USTTAA Certified Club directors may vote on XYZ policies, and the majority rule will be the vote for that seat; for example, if we have 4 vote yes & 3 vote no, it’s a vote yes on XYZ policy. If it’s a 3 vs 3 tie, the Club Director\/Committee Chair vote will count act as the tie breaker vote. All USTTAA Club directors don’t have to be present or even vote it’s simply majority of yes or no votes. Each USTTAA Certified club has only 1 vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 – National Program Director (Program Director Chair) <\/strong>– Candidate must be an active USTTAA member (All the programs director may vote on XYZ policies, and the majority rule will be the vote for that seat; for example, if we have 4 vote yes & 3 vote no, it’s a vote yes on XYZ policy. If there’s a 1 abstain vote 3 vs 3 tie vote, the National Program director Chair vote will count as a second vote. All program directors don’t have to be present or even vote it’s simply majority of yes or no votes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 – Member Organizations’ Director (Organization chair) <\/strong>– Candidate must be an active USTTAA member member organization (each organization receives 1 vote on XYZ policies, and the majority rule will be the vote for that seat; for example, if we have 4 vote yes & 3 vote no, it’s a vote yes on XYZ policy. If there’s a 1 abstain vote 3 vs 3 tie vote, the Organization Director\/Committee Chair vote will count as a second vote. All Organization don’t have to be present or even vote, it’s simply majority of yes or no votes) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who can be a USTTAA approved Organizations:<\/strong> Any USTTAA member Table Tennis Organization; forexample, State Associations, Regional & National Table Tennis School Organizations, Regional & National Senior Organization that have Table Tennis Senior, Regional & National Youth Organization with Table Tennis, or any Regional or National Table Tennis Organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who aren’t USTTAA organizations: <\/strong>USTTAA Certified Clubs and Programs are not Organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
